Dolce La Hulpe is the event hotel where all the meetings will be held.
Room Reservations
SITA have negotiated special room rates at several hotels in La Hulpe and near Brussels airport. The reduced rate is only available for rooms booked through the registration site. Please note there are a limited number of rooms available at each hotel and they will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
Please make your reservation when you register online. You will be asked to indicate your hotel preference, arrival and departure dates and any special requirements you may have. Any additional nights requested will be strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
If we are unable to allocate a room at your chosen hotel, we will contact you to see if you have a preferred alternative. If we are unable to allocate the grade of room requested at the Dolce, we will book a room in a lower category and advise you of this by email.
Payment
Delegates are responsible for paying their own accommodation, breakfast and incidental charges on departure from the hotel. A credit card will be required on the registration site to guarantee your reservation. This card will not be charged unless any cancellation fees are incurred. A different card or method of payment can be used to settle the account on departure from the hotel.
Changes
If you wish to make any changes to your hotel reservation, please do not re-register. Please email the details to the SITA Event Team at brussels2008@bcdmi.co.uk. Please note that cancellation charges may be incurred.
Dolce La Hulpe (4 star)
The Dolce La Hulpe is the event hotel. All meetings will take place here. The hotel is located in La Hulpe, 15km from the centre of Brussels and 15km from Brussels airport. The transfer time from the airport to La Hulpe is approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic, and will cost between 40 - 65 Euros. Transfers to central Brussels will take about 30 minutes in off peak hours and longer in rush hour, depending on traffic.

Cancellation
As your reservation is part of a group booking, once your reservation has been made online you will be subject to 100% cancellation charges in case of total or partial cancellation (i.e. reducing the number of nights).
NH Brussels Airport (4 star)
The hotel is located in Diegem, 8km from the centre of Brussels and 3km from the airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Taxis to the Dolce will take approximately 20-30 minutes in busy times and cost approximately 45 - 65 Euros.

Standard room, double occupancy € 204.00
All rates are per room per night including breakfast, VAT and city tax.
Cancellation
As your reservation is part of a group booking, once your reservation has been made online you will be subject to the following cancellation fees (for total or partial cancellation):
Up to 31 days prior to arrival - No cancellation fee
Between 30 and 21 days prior - 25% of total booking
Between 20 and 14 days prior - 50% of total booking
Between 13 and 7 days prior - 75% of total booking
After 7 days prior / No show - 100% of total booking

The hotel is located in Diegem, 8km from the centre of Brussels and 3km from the airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Taxis to the Dolce will take approximately 20-30 minutes in busy times and cost approximately 45 - 65 Euros.

Cancellation
As your reservation is part of a group booking, once your reservation has been made online you will be subject to the following cancellation fees (for total or partial cancellation):
Up to 60 days prior to arrival - No cancellation fee
After 60 days prior you may be subject to 100% cancellation fees. Please contact the SITA Event Team at brussels2008@bcdmi.co.uk if you would like to confirm whether you would be subject to fees at any point.
Hotel Ibis Brussels Airport (2 star)
The hotel is located in Diegem, 8km from the centre of Brussels and 3km from the airport. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle from 06.00 – 23.00 hrs. Taxis to the Dolce will take approximately 20-30 minutes in busy times and cost approximately 45 - 65 Euros.

Standard room, double occupancy € 162.00
All rates are per room per night including breakfast, VAT and city tax.
Cancellation
As your reservation is part of a group booking, once your reservation has been made online you will be subject to the following cancellation fees (for total or partial cancellation):
Up to 30 days prior to arrival - No cancellation fee
Between 29 and 15 days prior - 50% of total booking
Between 14 and 8 days prior - 75% of total booking
After 8 days prior / No show - 100% of total booking
Conditions
